Our MISSION
Help our neighbors in Tijuana by raising money to supply face masks to those in need. Hospitals desperately need masks for COVID-19 patients and families need masks to protect themselves. The San Diego and Tijuana communities are linked together in an effort to stop the infection of COVID-19.

Raine Sophia Zimmerer
High school student in San Diego who wants to make a difference in the world. It all started during the Covid-19 pandemic quarantine when friends and family who worked in San Diego and Tijuana desperately needed PPE, especially masks. The hospitals were overwhelmed and under-supplied and many active COVID-19 patients required masks. We united with Last Mile San Diego to bring over a million pieces of PPE to high-risk populations. As the extreme need waned, we continue to work on vaccination drives and medical outreach in South San Diego. Please help us raise money to continue our mission.
Annika Zimmerer
Student at UCSB studying Bio-phycology. Founding Masks Across the border with my sister shaped my decision to study medicine and continue to serve underrepresented and high-risk populations. I am still active when visiting San Diego.
